Privacy policy

The interest form stores your email address so Appmost can contact you about preview access and launch updates. We do not use the form for profiling or advertising.

1. Who is responsible

Appmost AB is the data controller for the information covered by this policy.

2. What we collect

When you join the interest list, we store:

• your normalized email address;
• the version and purpose of the consent you gave;
• when the address was first and most recently submitted; and
• how many times the same address was submitted.

The interest-list record does not include your IP address, browser user agent, or answers about how you use other products.

3. Why we use it

We use the address only to manage interest in Appmost, invite people to the private preview, and send meaningful product-launch updates. The legal basis is your consent. Joining is voluntary and does not affect access to public information about Appmost.

4. Storage and service providers

The list is stored in Google Firebase and Google Cloud systems used by Appmost. These providers process data for us under their service terms and data-protection commitments. We do not sell the list or disclose it to unrelated advertisers.

5. Retention

We keep the address while the preview and launch communication remains relevant, or until you withdraw consent. We review the list at least annually and remove data that is no longer needed. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before the withdrawal.

6. Your choices and rights

You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello@appmost.app. You may also ask us to:

• confirm whether we hold information about you and provide a copy;
• correct or delete your information;
• restrict or object to processing where applicable; or
• provide information you submitted in a portable format where applicable.

You may lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, IMY, or another competent supervisory authority.

7. Cookies and changes

This landing page does not set analytics or advertising cookies. We may update this policy when the interest-list process changes; the date at the top shows the current version. Material changes require a new consent before the form accepts another submission.
